We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
Guarantee
All products offered are covered by the original manufacturer’s guarantee, details of which can be supplied prior to purchase by contacting us at
sales@buylocks.co.uk. If you do not request details before purchase we will assume that you are satisfied with the guarantee as supplied by the manufacturer. Should you discover any product to be faulty then please refer to our returns policy.

International Orders
Outside the UK, charges will be made for shipping and these will vary depending upon size of order and destination. International orders will take longer depending upon location. Please contact us to discuss shipping charges for any overseas orders.

Product Specifications/Images
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all images and specifications are correct at the time of issue they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images or information. If however you spot a possible mistake with an image or specification please make us aware.
Refund and Returns Policy
Please be aware that products offered for sale are sold on a non trial basis so please ensure that the goods meet your needs prior to purchase.
Should you consider that an item is faulty you must contact us within 3 working days by email. The item will be dispatched to the manufacturer for investigation and repair and where applicable this may be offered prior to replacement.
Any goods not required by the customer will be eligible for a full refund less any carriage or return costs as outlined and subject to the terms detailed below. You have 14 days to return your item. This will be at the complete discretion of the Company. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Multipoint Lock orders are non-refundable as these are made to order products. Please make sure when ordering that the lock you are choosing suits your requirements.
We can accept no responsibility or liability for any goods that are returned without correct notification as described above.
