The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on www.buylocks.co.uk
By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you read and understand them. Please feel free to print a copy for your records.

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged for the goods until they are dispatched unless the item that you are ordering is a special order or non stock item. If the item is a special order you will be required to pay for the item prior to ordering as these items are non returnable (please see Special Orders below)

Delivery Shipping & Handling
We aim for all deliveries to be received within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

There is a 7 -10 working day delivery on all multi-point locks as these products are made to order.

We deliver using Royal Mail and Aspray who will require a signature to leave the goods. Only 2 delivery attempts will be made by the courier. Following this you will be given a short time in which you may collect the parcel from your local courier branch. Any further attempts at delivery, if requested, will attract a charge to the customer

This is for delivery to mainland England, Scotland and Wales only. For delivery elsewhere please contact us for a shipping cost before ordering the goods.

Force Majeure
We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.

Guarantee
All products offered are covered by the original manufacturer’s guarantee, details of which can be supplied prior to purchase by contacting us at sales@buylocks.co.uk. If you do not request details before purchase we will assume that you are satisfied with the guarantee as supplied by the manufacturer. Should you discover any product to be faulty then please refer to our returns policy.

How to buy
1. Browse or search the site to find the items that you want to buy
2. Enter the quantity in the box and click "Add to cart"
3. You can continue shopping or make your way to the checkout
4. If you have finished shopping click on "checkout"

If you want to view product information click on the "view details" button
If you want to see what is in your shopping basket you can click on "view cart."

1.Just browse or search the site and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your cart.
2.After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout"
3.You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

International Orders
Outside the UK, charges will be made for shipping and these will vary depending upon size of order and destination. International orders will take longer depending upon location. Please contact us to discuss shipping charges for any overseas orders.

Payment Terms
We accept most major credit and debit cards, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment by cheque.

Product Specifications/Images
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all images and specifications are correct at the time of issue they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images or information. If however you spot a possible mistake with an image or specification please make us aware.

Refund and Returns Policy
Please be aware that products offered for sale are sold on a non trial basis so please ensure that the goods meet your needs prior to purchase.

Should you consider that an item is faulty you must contact us within 3 working days by email. The item will be dispatched to the manufacturer for investigation and repair and where applicable this may be offered prior to replacement.

Any goods not required by the customer will be eligible for a full refund less any carriage or return costs as outlined and subject to the terms detailed below. This will be at the complete discretion of the Company. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We can accept no responsibility or liability for any goods that are returned without correct notification as described above.

Severability
In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or non enforceable to any extent then said term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Typographical Errors
In the event that any product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error on the part of our supplier we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been placed. You will have the option to order the item at the correct price should you wish to do so.
